A Focus group might be interest or task/mission based (study group, a prayer group, a theology class, a parenting class, a money-management class, etc.) that is offered for a six- to ten-week period.

Focus groups are especially for those who cannot attend a home group but still would like to be involved in a small group.

Study Group for Japanese Ladies in French and English

Study Group for Japanese Ladies in French and English The meeting is aimed at Japanese ladies who would like to improve their English or French skills and at the same time make friends and share about our different cultures. The study is based on bilingual texts from the Bible, but most of the participants are not Christians. The meeting is free, but the study books cost about 8 €. (A book lasts for at least a year.) We meet during term times every Tuesday at 13h30 to 15 h. Once a month we have a social afternoon, when we might eat a meal, do a craft, go for a walk, or to a café, museum or historical site. We also have invitation flyers which can be given to Japanese acquaintances or neighbours. Any Japanese ladies are welcome!
