Our youth ministry serves teenagers aged 12-18 years. We meet every Friday evening, as well as every second Sunday for a time of teaching, FUN & friendship!
Description
Vineyard Brussels is seeking a passionate Youth Pastor to disciple the next generation and lead a thriving youth ministry. If you love Jesus, connect well with teenagers & students, and want to see young people grow in faith and maturity, we’d love to hear from you!
Key responsibilities
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading weekly youth gatherings and small groups
- Discipling teens and mentoring young leaders
- Organizing camps, retreats, and outreach
- Building a volunteer team and partnering with families
Qualifications
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in youth ministry or discipleship
- Strong relational and leadership skills
- Heart for evangelism, discipleship and to raise a generation passionate for Jesus!
- Fluent in English; French-speaking or willing to learn
