Living Free: Walking in Step with the Spirit

INTRODUCTION: "Freedom Has a Name"

Let me ask you something: why do so many Christians feel stuck?

Why do we who carry the Spirit of the Living God still walk in cycles of defeat?

We’ve gone from conference to conference, church to church, relationship to relationship—thinking, "Maybe this time I’ll break free."

But here’s the truth:

Wherever you go, there you are.

You can’t relocate your way into freedom. You can’t experience your way out of bondage. And you can’t therapy your soul into healing without the Helper.

Pentecost is not just a historic event. It’s a present invitation.

Jesus didn’t die and rise again to give you a better version of slavery. He set you free. And the same Spirit that raised Him from the grave now lives in you (Romans 8:11). You don’t need a patch. You need a Person. His name is the Holy Spirit.

So today, I’m preaching a message called "Living Free: Walking in Step with the Spirit." And I’m praying that something breaks in you—not emotionally, but spiritually—that causes you to stop running and start walking in step with Him.
